Associate Surveyor

Associate Surveyor – Infrastructure Services - Doncaster (Hybrid) - Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours) – Part-time & flexible hours considered, minimum 30 hours - £50,000 +Benefits

The Job

This position plays a key part within the Infrastructure Services division, supporting the delivery of projects from initial routing through to construction and completion. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of work and provide professional consultancy services relating to benchmarking, procedures and management systems. Current projects include major high‑voltage network upgrades, incorporating new substations and overhead lines that will significantly increase low‑carbon energy capacity across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing infrastructure projects at local, regional and national scale
  • Providing specialist land consultancy advice for maintenance works and new installations
  • Advising clients on landowner engagement, access, rights and negotiations
  • Supporting land referencing, statutory notice preparation, compensation negotiations and acquisition of rights
  • Liaising with landowners and handling public enquiries
  • Preparing accurate project reports and updates for clients
  • Supporting wider business projects as required
  • Contributing to the training and development of graduates within the team
