Our client is seeking a Chartered Engineer (CEng MICE or MIStructE) to step into an Associate-level leadership role, overseeing some of the UK's most technically challenging infrastructure projects.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of high-risk, high-profile schemes, shaping design strategies, guiding multi-disciplinary teams, and influencing the growth of the business.

The role involves leading complex civil and structural projects from concept to completion, coordinating across disciplines, and acting as a trusted technical authority for clients. The successful candidate will also take part in strategic planning, business development, and commercial oversight, while mentoring engineers and supporting the professional growth of technical staff.

Applicants should be chartered with IStructE or ICE and have a strong background in infrastructure, energy, or rail projects. Experience in leading teams, managing client relationships, and coordinating multi-disciplinary design is essential. Familiarity with BIM Level 2 workflows and ISO 19650 standards is highly desirable.

This is a high-impact role for a proactive engineer ready to combine technical expertise, leadership, and commercial acumen on landmark projects.
