Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead, oversee design teams, coordinate inputs across disciplines, and guide strategic planning of project delivery, resources, and client engagement.
• Lead bids and proposals, take on formal leadership roles such as CRE, and be introduced to commercial responsibilities including project profitability.
• Mentor engineers and develop technical staff as a key part of your contribution.
