Our client is an established and expanding practice who are looking to strengthen their London team by bringing in an Associate Structural Engineer.

This is an excellent role for a technically accomplished and commercially minded engineer looking to take on a senior position with a blend of project leadership, team management, client liaison and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering projects from initial design through to completion, oversee workloads and provide technical support and guidance to engineers and technicians.
• Attend client meetings, design reviews and site visits, while building strong working relationships with clients, architects, contractors and other project stakeholders.
• Review calculations, drawings and reports to maintain high technical standards.
• Contribute to recruitment, development and management of staff across UK and international teams.
• Play an important part in developing the business, identifying new opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships and preparing fee proposals to support continued growth.
