A leading UK law firm is seeking a Family Law Associate to join their prestigious team in Westminster. This role involves representing high-profile clients in family law cases, focusing on financial remedy proceedings and complex children matters. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years PQE in family law and strong interpersonal skills. Emphasizing a collaborative approach, the firm values creative legal solutions and encourages professional development in a flexible work environment.
The role will involve working closely alongside partners and other senior team members, representing a variety of high‑profile, high net‑worth and international clients in cutting‑edge family law matters, from nuptial agreements and wealth‑protection matters to tricky contested financial‑remedy proceedings, cohabitation cases, complex children law matters and domestic‑abuse injunctions.
The team is led by one of the leading international family law experts in the UK, Daniel Eames, ably‑supported by award‑winning up‑and‑coming partners Sarah Green, Felicity Chapman and Pippa Allsop. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside Daniel on his international cases, a number of which have been reported and / or involve novel points of law.
