We’re motivated by solving complex problems, aiming to achieve transformative change in the industrial landscape. Our roots lie in cutting-edge technology and strategic innovation, originally developed for the gaming, entertainment, and defence sectors. Learn more about our mission at kallikor.ai.

The Role

This is an opportunity to apply your computer science fundamentals to real-world problems. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers to develop models that encode real-life systems and behaviours.

What You Will Do:
  • Design and write clean, testable code to implement algorithms for simulation models.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve the performance of models.
  • Contribute to building pipelines that synthesize data for simulation engines.
  • Learn to transform prototype concepts into efficient, production-ready solutions.
About You:
  • Algorithmically Minded: You enjoy breaking down complex logic problems and translating them into code.
  • OOP Proficiency: You can design and test software in an Object‑Oriented language (we use Python, but we value the fundamental skill set).
  • Focus on Impact: You prioritize "getting it right" over "being right." You are proactive about finding the best solution for the team and the product. You lean in to working on the better solution, even if you didn’t come up with it.
  • Collaborative: You want to work in an environment where people strive for excellence and uplift those around them.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6–12 months of project or work experience (internships and university projects count).

While we think the above experience could be important, we’re keen to hear from people that believe they have valuable experience to bring to the role. If you identify with the team and mission, but not all of our requirements, then please still apply.
