Experience advising clients in the education sector, particularly independent schools and matters involving parent complaints, disputes, regulatory issues and SEND Tribunal proceedings, would be advantageous.
This role offers high visibility both within the firm and in the market, with significant Partner support and a genuine opportunity to play a key role in the continued development of the Employment practice.
It would suit an ambitious Employment lawyer who wants to take on greater responsibility, develop client relationships and contribute to business development within a well-established team.
