A leading national law firm in the UK is recruiting an experienced Planning lawyer to join their Future Energy, Planning & Environment team. This role offers flexible working, with responsibilities including advising on planning issues and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with experience in Development Consent Orders and excellent analytical skills. Due to the exciting growth plans across the team, we are recruiting for an experienced Planning lawyer to join our national Future Energy, Planning & Environment team at Associate or Senior Associate level. This role is offered on a fully flexible working basis to accommodate part or full-time hours.

Our national Planning team advises on a raft of issues, including compulsory purchases, breaches of planning control and various complex infrastructure agreements. With vast experience working for local planning authorities, developers and consultancies, the team makes planning applications, lodges appeals, acts as advocates at committees, hearings and inquiries, and submits representations to applications and policy documents.
