Associate/Senior Associate | Offshore Commercial Disputes | London | 3-7 PQE

An international law firm is seeking a talented 3-7 PQE disputes lawyer to join its highly regarded litigation and dispute resolution team in London.

This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-value cross-border disputes alongside recognised practitioners in the international disputes market.

The Role

You will advise on a broad range of contentious matters including:

• Complex commercial litigation
• Corporate and shareholder disputes
• Investment and funds-related disputes
• Fiduciary and private wealth disputes
• Cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters
• Asset tracing and enforcement
• Regulatory investigations and financial services disputes

The work is genuinely international, often spanning multiple jurisdictions and involving financial institutions, corporates, directors, shareholders, insolvency professionals and private clients.
