Oculus Legal Group is delighted to be advising a well-regarded Scottish law firm on a senior Commercial Property appointment in Glasgow, as part of its longer-term succession planning.
For an experienced commercial property lawyer considering their next career move, this presents an opportunity to take on an established client base and build on longstanding relationships, supported by the knowledge and experience of a highly regarded Partner.
Rather than having to develop a following from the ground up, you will have the opportunity to step into an established practice, develop existing client relationships and take on greater responsibility over time. It is a role with genuine longer-term potential for someone looking to increase their influence, develop their career and play a meaningful part in the continued success of the practice.
You will advise on a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, development and investment transactions, while taking an active role in the ongoing management and development of the client base.
Alongside delivering high-quality legal advice, you will:
We are keen to speak with a Scottish-qualified Commercial Property Solicitor, ideally with 4+ years' PQE, who is looking for a role offering genuine longer-term career potential.
You will have strong technical experience across commercial property, the confidence to manage important client relationships and the commercial awareness to develop those relationships over time.
You may already be operating at Senior Associate or Director level, or be a Solicitor with a strong early career foundation in Commercial Property looking for a clearer route towards greater responsibility. Most importantly, you will be interested in taking ownership of an established client base and building on the foundations already in place.
