The Employment and Pensions Division is looking for an Associate / Senior Associate to be based in our Birmingham, Leeds, London or Manchester office. The role will involve working on a range of contentious and non‑contentious matters including general employment advisory work, the handling of employment tribunal claims, EDI, whistleblowing, advising on reorganisation and redundancy issues and the application of healthcare legislation to routine employment law scenarios.
The candidate should have experience of employment litigation, good client handling skills and be able to work well with other team members.
