Job summary

Lloyds Bank plc in Manchester seeks an Associate Relationship Manager for the North West to support Mid Markets clients with £50m-£500m turnover, helping grow the bank’s proposition. You’ll assist with lending, deposits and a broad suite of banking services to deliver value to customers.

You’ll work with a Relationship Director, becoming the go-to banker in your area, building strong external networks and providing funding and treasury solutions while managing risk and compliance for a growing

  • Proven commercial banking and mid-market experience, with strong skills in client origination, financial analysis, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and report writing.
  • Results focused – You'll take personal responsibility for delivering results, whilst readily accepting change and utilising a growth mind set to focus on client outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent service to clients, putting them at the heart of what you do and becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Support the Relationship Director and be seen as the go-to banker in your geographic area.
  • Provide a range of funding solutions from working capital to term lending.
  • Build relationships with Group Partner companies and Specialist Client Solution colleagues to bring the full bank to the client.
  • Support clients with treasury management needs and optimize cash balances.
  • Manage risk and compliance for the client portfolio.

**JOB TITLE:** Associate Relationship Manager – Mid Markets – North West **LOCATION:** Manchester **SALARY:** Starting from £40,824 **HOURS:** Full-time **WORKING PATTERN:** Minimum two days per week or 40% of working hours in office/hub.**About this opportunity**We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Relationship Mangers to join our team in the North West. Our team supports a portfolio of Mid Markets clients with an annual turnover of between £50m-£500m and help grow and bring more of the bank's proposition to our customers.You'll be responsible for supporting clients with all their banking needs including lending, deposits and a wide range of other services.This role is built on a real passion for putting customers first! If you share our passion and recognise the importance of making a difference together, look no further.**Your roles and responsibilities will include*** Providing excellent service to our clients, putting them at the heart of what you do, making valuable contributions at every interaction and becoming a “trusted advisor”.* Supporting your Relationship Director and sometimes personally being seen as the “go to” banker in your geographic area of responsibility.
