Associate - Real Estate Finance

Location: Exeter

Fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic real estate finance team at a Top 100 law firm working on high-value residential portfolio transactions across the UK. You'll collaborate with colleagues nationwide, advising registered providers, local authorities, investors, and institutions on complex property charging and funding matters.

The role
  • Leading and supporting on securitisation and charging transactions
  • Managing due diligence, drafting reports, and advising clients on risks and solutions
  • Coordinating with banking, finance, and property teams to deliver seamless service
  • Supervising junior team members and delegating tasks
  • Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development
  • Supporting wider firm initiatives including mergers, regeneration schemes, and training
Candidate requirements
  • Solid experience in real estate finance or property law
  • Confidence managing transactions and client relationships
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and project management skills
