Location: Cardiff
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with flexible working options)
Salary: £50,000 - £75,000 (dependent on experience)

A leading law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 3+ years’ post‑qualification experience to join its thriving Built Environment team in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic, high‑performing environment, working on complex property development and regeneration projects with a diverse client base across the public, private, and third sectors.

The Role
  • Advising on a broad range of property development and regeneration matters
  • Drafting and negotiating development agreements, options, promotion agreements, and joint ventures
  • Supporting senior lawyers on complex transactions and projects
  • Managing your own caseload with autonomy and confidence
  • Building strong client relationships and engaging in business development
  • Collaborating with colleagues across multiple offices and undertaking short‑term client secondments
Candidate Requirements
  • 3+ years PQE in real estate or property development
  • Strong technical and drafting skills with commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
