Ready to take the reins? A bold, fast-growing construction consultancy in Farringdon is looking for an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to lead major London-based projects, grow a high-performing team, and play a key role in the next phase of the business.

This is more than a project delivery role – it’s a chance to shape a team, influence business strategy, and position yourself for Equity-level progression within a forward-thinking consultancy.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor’s Role

This medium-sized consultancy has 5 offices nationwide, with a 30-person team in London – including a tight-knit QS team of 3. As Associate Quantity Surveyor, you’ll lead on a diverse mix of high-end, design-led projects across:

  • High-spec private residential
  • Mixed-use & commercial developments
  • Façade remediation and recladding
  • Education and school estates

You’ll be client-facing, hands-on, and strategic – delivering projects, building new relationships, mentoring junior staff, and supporting business growth as they prepare to move into brand-new London offices.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

This role suits a strong Senior QS ready to step up, or an existing Associate Quantity Surveyor looking for more autonomy, impact, and progression.

  • RICS-accredited QS degree (BSc or MSc)
  • Chartered (MRICS) status
