  • Comfortable managing & mentoring a team.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor who thrives on leadership, autonomy, and driving client success. Working closely with Directors, you'll play a key role in leading project delivery, building client relationships, and mentoring a high‑calibre team.

You Will:
  • Lead and deliver high‑profile projects across various sectors
  • Manage key client accounts and develop new business opportunities
  • Oversee and support a team of Quantity Surveyors
  • Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and commercial performance
The Associate Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
  • RICS Accredited Degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or similar)
  • MRICS preferred
  • Proven experience delivering projects from inception to completion
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
  • Excellent pre & post contract experience
  • Comfortable managing & mentoring a team
