Job summary

A Quantity Surveying consultancy is looking for an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their London office. The successful candidate will support a Partner in leading the hospitality quantity surveying team on high-profile hotel refurbishment and fit-out projects. Applicants should have over 7 years of experience in quantity surveying, particularly in hotel projects. The role offers a salary between £75,000 and £85,000 along with flexible working and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have MRICS or be working towards it.
• At least 7 years of Quantity Surveying experience is required.
• Experience leading hotel projects is a must.

Responsibilities

• Support a Partner in leading the hospitality quantity surveying team.
• Deliver refurbishment and fit-out works on hotel projects.
• Act as the lead QS on various hospitality projects.

A specialist Quantity Surveying consultancy is looking to add an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor with a successful track record of acting as the lead QS on hotel projects within the UK.

The Associate Quantity Surveyors Role

Joining their London office, the successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will support a Partner and help lead the companys hospitality quantity surveying team, who are responsible for delivering refurbishment and fit-out works on a mixture of 5* and independent hotels.
