Job description

A great opportunity for a Associate Quantity Surveyor with 2 years’ experience to join a successful consultancy in Guildford, Surrey.

You’ll gain hands‑on experience across traditional PQS duties and work alongside experienced surveyors on a portfolio of bespoke building projects. This location is ideal for candidates in Woking, West Sussex, and is directly accessible for Portsmouth and Chichester residents via the A3.

This quantity surveyor job also offers hybrid working from home (WFH).

Projects include the restoration of one‑off heritage properties, the renovation of private schools, and construction of luxury homes for private clients.
