Buckinghamshire £80k - 85k per year + Excellent benefits package Permanent

Our client, an established Cost & Project Management consultancy, is urgently seeking to appoint an Associate level Quantity Surveyor to support their existing clients on various projects across the UK.

The principal role will see you managing various industrial and logistics new build projects at differing stages, albeit your project skills will be needed to be certified from inception to completion. Our client's delivery service is a 360-degree offering, from site appraisal work, cost control, design, management of external teams, procurement, and post-contract management to handover.

Responsibilities and Requirements

To apply, you need to be ideally qualified (MRICS) with a proven track record of delivering construction projects, particularly warehouse/industrial buildings – new build experience. Candidates must have a minimum degree in Quantity Surveying (MSc or BSc).

The role is potentially demanding in respect of tight deadlines, but it's a hugely friendly place to work with a fantastic sense of team and a winning office culture. Starting salary £80-85k basic + benefits (depending on experience).
