One of London's most iconic Quantity Surveying consultancy's is seeking a client facing Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their head office in Central London.

Responsibilities

• Join a highly talented cost management team delivering prestigious healthcare projects, including small refurbishments to large scale hospitals.
• Oversee and help deliver various projects at one time, while interacting with clients and managing a small team of quantity surveyors.

Qualifications

• MRICS or similar would be preferable
• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
• Previous Senior or Associate QS level experience
• Healthcare project experience would be a plus
• Excellent pre and post cost management experience
• A successful track record of managing multiple projects
