Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of projects across key sectors including Residential & Mixed-Use, Hotels & Leisure, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Education & Commercial.
• Oversee full project lifecycles from pre-contract through to delivery.
• Manage client relationships and support the mentoring and development of junior team members.
• Lead projects across multiple sectors and contribute to the growth and development of the firm.

Requirements

• MRICS
• Quantity Surveying experience within a UK PQS/Consultancy environment
• Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge
