Associate Quantity Surveyor – Location: Central London – Salary: Up to £90,000 + Excellent Benefits. A well-established and fast-growing property consultancy based in Central London is looking for an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. Operating across several key sectors — particularly within Commercial — the company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects and maintaining long-term client relationships. They are known for hiring top-tier talent and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Managing and nurturing key relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensuring projects meet or exceed financial targets.
• Identifying and resolving potential disputes early.
• Pricing and negotiating project variations effectively.
• Leading the cost management and financial reporting on major London-based developments.

You will be joining a respected and forward-thinking business with an exciting pipeline of major projects due to commence shortly.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering Commercial projects in a Quantity Surveying capacity.
• Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts and relevant construction legislation.
• A track record of successful project delivery, cost control, and financial management.
• Ideally Chartered (MRICS or equivalent).
• Confident, proactive, and commercially astute.
