You'll play a pivotal role in delivering core Project Management services across a portfolio of diverse and high-profile projects. Role Responsibilities
  • Champion value for money by consistently identifying opportunities to drive efficiency and maximise client outcomes.
  • Execute your responsibilities with precision, ensuring all tasks are completed in line with established processes and best practices.
  • Lead and support the successful delivery of projects alongside Project Management Partners-building trust and securing repeat business through exceptional performance.
  • Contribute to business growth by actively shaping compelling proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Represent the team with confidence at client interviews, playing a key role in securing new opportunities and partnerships.
  • Uphold the highest standards of Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, and Quality compliance, taking personal ownership of best practice in every aspect of your work.
Professional Skills
  • Management and preparation of key RIBA stage reports from feasibility through to completion and post-handover.
  • Preparation of various programmes.
  • Management of meetings, taking and preparation of minutes.
  • Preparation of progress reports and presentation at monthly client meetings.
  • Assistance with the preparation of contract documents.
  • Management of multi-disciplinary project teams.
  • Working knowledge of various forms of building contracts.
  • Experience of administering building contracts.
Experience

We're looking for someone with proven experience managing a diverse portfolio of projects from inception to completion—ideally with a strong background in:

  • Working with public sector and blue light clients and departments.
  • Administering NEC and JCT contracts.
  • Navigating framework agreements (experience highly desirable).
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities, particularly within the public sector.
