Job description
Your Career

As an Associate Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality project management services to MHR customers. You’ll manage smaller projects and phase‑two implementations for larger programmes, ensuring each is delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards. You’ll take ownership of project planning, monitoring, reporting, budget control, and customer communication, following MHR’s methodology and maintaining accurate documentation throughout. You’ll define clear deliverables, timescales, and commercials before project acceptance, ensuring alignment and clarity for all stakeholders.

Your Team

Working under the guidance of a Regional Portfolio Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with consultants and other internal teams to allocate resources effectively and support successful project delivery. You’ll coordinate PSA resource bookings, manage multiple project plans and schedules, and raise risks when needed to keep delivery on track. You’ll also maintain strong working relationships with customers, ensuring their expectations are understood and communicated clearly. In addition, you’ll contribute to the wider team by maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of MHR’s products, services, methodologies, and relevant legislation.

Your Impact

Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and the successful delivery of MHR solutions. By managing projects effectively and proactively identifying risks, you’ll help maximise departmental utilisation, protect commercial outcomes, and ensure customers receive a smooth and successful implementation experience. Through your analytical thinking, attention to detail, commercial awareness, and problem‑solving skills, you’ll support both project success and the broader objectives of the business—helping MHR deliver consistent value and high‑quality service across every engagement.

With us, you’ll grow, find your flow, and make a lasting difference in your career, your team, and your impact.
