Job summary

Platform 195 Ltd. builds and operates retail media and marketing technology for the travel industry, partnering with airlines, OTAs and hotels.

This hands-on product role spans delivery and platform operations, gathering client feedback, writing release notes, and scoping features that ship end-to-end. You’ll own the work from first report to release, configure client platforms and dive into client tech stacks when needed.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in a technical, product, analyst, solutions or ad operations role.
• Self-directed and quick to learn. You can get to grips with an unfamiliar, API-driven system.
• Confident in explaining technical issues to non-technical users in plain language.
• Curious and comfortable with ambiguity; you ask good questions and test assumptions.
• Experience turning user problems into clear written requirements or tickets engineers can build from.

Responsibilities

• Own bugs and feature requests end to end: reproduce, specify, test and confirm outcomes with users.
• Lead the technical side of client implementations: integration, configuration, testing and launch.
• Drive client adoption with onboarding, training materials and enablement sessions.
• Turn usage data into evidence to sharpen prioritisation and speed up fixes.
