Government Recruitment Service in Reading is seeking an Associate Product Manager for End User Services to help improve the technology experience for colleagues across Defra. The role combines accessibility, service improvement and product management to turn user insights into practical changes that benefit staff.

You will work with users, suppliers and service teams to understand needs, solve problems and identify opportunities to improve services. You will help ensure colleagues can access the tools and support they need to work effectively, while helping shape improvements that benefit users across the organisation.
