Role Profile

Lloyd’s List Intelligence is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support two established products: ilaw and Lloyd’s List. Reporting to a Senior Product Manager, this role offers the opportunity to develop product management skills while working across leading data, analytics, and insight products.

The Associate Product Manager will collaborate closely with editorial, data, technology, and commercial teams to capture customer needs and help shape the product roadmap. They will analyse customer workflows, understand market trends, and support product discovery activities. The role also involves creating user personas and product briefs, working with engineering teams to prioritise development, and partnering with Product Marketing on value propositions and go-to-market materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the product team in completing customer discovery and reviewing feedback across multiple channels including direct interviews, surveys, and focus groups.
  • Analyse customer workflows and develop an understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to create user personas, workflows, and detailed product briefs.
  • Work with technology, data and engineering teams to manage and prioritise the backlog.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to deliver compelling value propositions and go-to-market materials.
  • Support the development of clear and compelling roadmaps that align to proposed strategies for the products you manage.
