Overview

Panthera Partners is engaged by a global private equity fund to hire an Associate for their Infrastructure team, based in London. Adopting a core plus and value add investment strategy, the fund targets mid-teen plus returns and manages a portfolio of over $7bn across transportation, digital infrastructure, energy transition and other infrastructure like asset classes.

With a strong appetite to invest and capital to deploy, the team need to hire an Investment Associate. A growth hire, the Associate will play a key role in the execution and management of investments, whilst also supporting with origination and fund raising efforts. Responsibilities
  • Lead execution and management of investments, while also supporting origination and fundraising efforts.
Qualifications
  • Be sitting as a Senior Analyst, Junior Associate or equivalent within the M&A team of a bulge bracket investment bank
  • Have a strong track record across either infrastructure, industrials, TMT, or healthcare
  • Possess a strong technical and all round skill set, including building models from scratch
  • Demonstrate a strong commercial mindset
  • Be fluent in another European language, such as German, Spanish, Italian or French
  • Hold a finance, business, mathematics or related degree from a highly regarded university
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of management
