Charles River Associates (CRA) is seeking a capable Associate Principal in the Life Sciences practice to lead analytic work, manage smaller projects, and coordinate client-facing deliverables across Europe and globally. You will guide teams, oversee analyses, and contribute to business development while partnering with senior colleagues.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years consulting experience, strong pricing/market access knowledge, and proven project leadership, with flexibility for hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in life sciences or an analytical field with relevant experience.
• Significant work experience in consulting, 5–7 years preferred.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
• Proven staff and project management abilities.
• Client interaction, facilitation, and budgeting experience.
• Knowledge of pricing and market access in Europe and globally.

Responsibilities

• Independently identify and design analytic tasks within consulting projects.
• Interface with client representatives to communicate developments and present results.
• Draft reports or presentations, or sections of reports or presentations.
• Contribute to project planning and budget management.
• Provide training and supervision to junior staff with coaching.
• Support business development and draft client proposals.
