Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield's North West Planning team in Manchester is seeking an Associate Planner to join our Manchester office on a hybrid basis.

You will lead planning advice for a mix of public and private sector clients, shaping regeneration, masterplanning, and development frameworks, with opportunities to mentor junior colleagues.

The role offers significant client exposure from day one and the chance to influence some of the North West's most important projects.

Qualifications

• MRTPI qualification.
• Experience managing planning projects from inception through delivery.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Experience working with public and private sector clients is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning advice across a diverse portfolio of projects.
• Collaborate with Land, Development & Planning teams and the wider Cushman & Wakefield business.
• Maintain and grow client relationships; engage stakeholders and clients.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team growth.
