Job summary

Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Associate People Business Partner to support implementation of the People Strategy across Care Groups. You will provide high-quality HR advice, contribute to workforce planning, and work with service leads to deliver a great place to work for staff.

You'll bring a degree or equivalent, CIPD preferred, strong knowledge of employment legislation, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree or equivalent qualification is essential.
• CIPD membership is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of current employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Experience delivering HR advice in a large organisation, preferably NHS or public sector, is desirable.
• Ability to manage change and implement organisational strategies effectively.
• Willingness to travel across Trust sites with a valid UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Support the People Business Partner in delivering strategic HR initiatives across Care Groups.
• Contribute to workforce planning and develop workforce plans.
• Provide high-quality HR advice on a wide range of issues.
• Assist with organisational design and change programmes in partnership with Staffside.
