Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or related discipline.
• Hands-on development with Pega Platform.
• Experience with Pega Platform 8.7+.
• Understanding of case management and rules.
• REST API integration knowledge.
• Familiarity with SDLC practices.
• Agile delivery experience.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Pega applications and configurations.
• Collaborate with Product Delivery Managers, Analysts, Architects and Engineers.
• Analyze requirements and contribute to solution design.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and code reviews.
• Support deployments across Development, SIT, UAT and Production environments.
• Create technical documentation and specifications.
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards and security practices.
• Troubleshoot defects and incidents with timely resolutions.
