We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Associate Pastor with a focus on youth. Working alongside our Senior Pastor, you'll help shape the spiritual life of the Church through preaching, teaching, pastoral care and leadership, while giving particular focus to developing and growing ministry amongst young people. You will build relationships with young people, families, schools, and the wider community. Recruit, encourage and develop volunteers and ministry teams. Finally, you will contribute to the wider vision, mission, and leadership of the church.
