Job summary

Woodlands Church Family in Bristol is seeking an Associate Pastor to lead our dynamic Young Adults ministry and to support the Discipleship Year and WCF Academy initiatives. This role requires a mature gifting in ministry, strong communication, and a heart to see the church grow in faith and reach the city for Jesus.

You will work with Central Senior Leaders, help deliver Sunday services, and contribute to the WCF Discipleship Team.

Qualifications

• Minimum maturity in ministry with a calling to serve the church.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and engage diverse groups.
• Demonstrated leadership in church settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead Young Adults Ministry and guide leaders within the community.
• Oversee the WCF Discipleship Year programme and training initiatives.
• Resourcing Sunday Services and supporting service teams.
• Be part of the wider staff team to release church ministry and mission.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters.
