Job summary

Titan Wealth in Kettering is seeking a proactive Financial Planning Administrator aiming to step into paraplanning. You will join a supportive team and gain hands-on experience with advisers, training and mentorship to build technical knowledge and grow your career in wealth management.

The role offers exposure to drafting reports, researching products, and maintaining client records within a fast-paced environment that values accuracy and client focus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual review packs and supporting documentation for client meetings.
• Draft suitability reports and associated recommendation documents using templated frameworks.
• Carry out basic research on products and providers in line with adviser requirements.
• Build and maintain cashflow models to support financial planning advice.
• Prepare and process new business submissions, including platform instructions.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates to back‑office systems.
• Work closely with Advisers and colleagues to progress cases efficiently and compliantly.
