As growth accelerates, the company is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Associate Legal Counsel to join its high-performing in‑house legal team.

The Opportunity

This is an exceptional opportunity for a solicitor with 3+ years PQE to gain high‑level exposure to complex, high‑value commercial work. You will support the business on a broad range of commercial contracts — often valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars — and play a central role in guiding teams through legal risk, project milestones, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, including:
  • Service agreements
  • Client agreements
  • High‑value project documentation
  • Act as a key legal advisor to project managers and senior stakeholders across international operations.
  • Provide clear, pragmatic guidance to non‑legal teams, helping them understand when and why legal input is required at key project stages.
  • Work closely with the Chief Legal Counsel and wider legal team to shape and improve legal processes across the business.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to internal teams on contract awareness, legal risk, and best practice.
  • Manage relationships across the organisation, promoting a culture of early engagement with Legal.
  • Support the legal function on wider corporate and commercial matters as required.
  • Travel internationally – including to the Middle East – on occasion to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
About You
  • Qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE, ideally with experience in commercial contracts or in‑house advisory work.
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence handling high‑value, complex agreements.
  • Ability to communicate legal concepts clearly to non‑legal stakeholders.
  • Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with strong initiative.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with global teams.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.
What's on Offer
  • A leading salary in the region of £80,000, reflective of the seniority and global scope of the role.
  • Remote working with flexibility and autonomy.
  • Significant career growth opportunities within an expanding international organisation.
  • Exposure to major, high‑value global contracts and strategic legal work.
