This role is ideally suited to an English specialist who can connect with vocational learners, build trust quickly, and deliver engaging, relevant lessons that clearly demonstrate how English skills support life, work, and long-term career progression within industry.

• Deliver exciting and challenging lessons to a wide range of learners undertaking a re-sit of the GCSE curriculum.
• Work collaboratively with other lecturers and managers to design a scheme of work which stretches and challenges learners while underpinning recall techniques to provide the best possible outcomes for all learners.
• Ensure that student needs are met in a responsive way, in line with the concept of inclusive learning.
