About the Practice

Our client is a well‑established, design‑led landscape architecture practice with a strong presence in urban regeneration, public realm, and residential development. The studio focuses on creating people‑friendly, environmentally sustainable spaces, working from masterplans to detailed landscape design in collaboration with architects and other consultants.

Role Overview

This role offers the opportunity to take a leading position within the studio, managing key projects, supporting junior staff, and contributing to the growth of the practice’s design ethos and operational strength.

Role Responsibilities
  • Run projects from early concept through to delivery
  • Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Support junior designers and contribute to a supportive studio culture
  • Participate in pitches, design reviews, and shape how projects are executed
  • Bring ideas, initiative, and a strong design voice to the table
Ideal Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Degree in Landscape Architecture
  • Chartered Landscape Architect (CMLI) with a minimum of 6 years’ experience
  • Around 6+ years’ experience in practice
  • Creative thinker with a balance of design flair and technical know‑how
  • Confident using AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp or Rhino (Revit is a bonus)
  • Enjoy working as part of a team, mentoring others, and taking ownership of projects
