The position sits within a globally integrated investment funds practice delivering the full scope of services across the fund lifecycle. This highly specialised team regularly advises on formation, structuring and regulatory compliance for investment vehicles across private equity, real estate, credit and infrastructure asset classes, while also supporting clients with transactions and operational challenges post-closing. Day-to-day, associates in this practice will draft and negotiate constitutional and governing documentation, investor side letters, fund agreements and secondary transaction agreements. They will also coordinate multi-jurisdictional input on tax, regulatory and commercial aspects, manage due diligence exercises, and liaise extensively with clients on structuring and operational strategy.
