You will gain experience with IAM technologies like SailPoint, Okta, Delinea, and related cloud and security practices, with a clear pathway toward a consulting position within 2–3 years, supported by industry-leading training.

Qualifications

• Interest and enthusiasm to learn in cybersecurity and IAM.
• Proficiency in three or more listed areas (IAM, OS, programming, web, databases, cloud).
• Willingness to work across onsite and hybrid offices with mentors.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical and consultancy skills through knowledge transfer and training.
• Engage in project activities with digital identity team and mentor guidance.
• Shadow active projects to gain client exposure in areas like business analysis, project management, and deployment using IAM tools.
