A healthcare provider in Chelmsford is seeking an Associate Business Partner to support the HR Business Partnering Service. You will provide comprehensive HR support, including resourcing, employee relations, and organisational change. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree, be a CIPD member, and have significant experience in HR within a complex organization. This permanent role offers a salary of £46,148 per annum and requires full-time commitment.
Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation trust have an exciting opportunity within the HR Business Partnering Service as Human Resources for a Associate Business Partner based at our Broomfield site.
The role is to support the HR Business Partnering Service to provide comprehensive Human Resource (HR) support. The role includes resourcing, organisational change, employee relations (ER) and terms and conditions of employment. The role will support the forward planning, modernisation and performance of the workforce.
Supporting the Business Partners to assist the Site and the Workforce Division in achieving workforce key performance indicators (KPI's). The role includes involvement in the design and delivery of training and development interventions in conjunction with other workforce colleagues to help increase management capability within the Division and supporting strategies to improve target achievement where needed.

The role is responsible for ensuring professional customer focused HR advice and coaching support is provided and will support on designated Trust-wide HR developments as agreed with the HR Business Partner and Associate Director of HR. The post holder will deputise for the HR Business Partner as required.
