Role Overview

Support the Business Partners and the Workforce Division to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) by designing and delivering training and development interventions, and contributing to strategies that improve target achievement.

The role will ensure professional, customer‑focused HR advice and coaching, support designated Trust‑wide HR developments, and deputise for the HR Business Partner as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and delivery of training and development programmes to enhance management capability within the division.
• Provide professional, customer‑focused HR advice and coaching support.
• Support designated Trust‑wide HR developments in collaboration with the HR Business Partner and Associate Director of HR.
• Deputise for the HR Business Partner when required.
• Contribute to resourcing, organisational change, employee relations, and terms and conditions of employment.
• Support forward planning, modernisation and performance of the workforce.
