Support the Business Partners and the Workforce Division to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) by designing and delivering training and development interventions, and contributing to strategies that improve target achievement.
The role will ensure professional, customer‑focused HR advice and coaching, support designated Trust‑wide HR developments, and deputise for the HR Business Partner as required.
