LOCATION: Salford, Birmingham, Cardiff or London with travel to London as required.
PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £42,500 - £45,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Working as part of a centralised People Services team you’ll be embedded within a Divisional HR team, where you will gain an understanding of the challenges and priorities of the Division, and provide support which enables them to deliver world class content to our audiences. You will act as a trusted advisor to your business area, understanding and supporting delivery of the people strategy, but also supporting on a wide range of day to day HR issues and projects. You’ll manage stakeholder relationships, not only with the business areas but also across the wider HR function drawing on the specialist advice and support from teams such as Reward, HR Systems and Data Analytics. The successful candidate will join the People Services as an Associate HR Business Partner. As an Associate HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with a team of Divisional HR Business Partners in one of our four divisions; News, Nations, Content and Corporate Functions, where you will work in partnership to deliver our existing and ambitious agenda within the BBC.
