Primary Responsibilities:

Evercore Associates are highly motivated individuals with a broad range of experience in strategic advisory and mergers and acquisitions with a focus on the Healthcare industry. Associates must demonstrate the ability to work on several projects concurrently and possess the desire to learn and work hard.

Associates will work on a variety of assignments including: preparing for and attending client meetings, financial modeling, resolving complex accounting issues, industry analysis, due diligence and new client development. Associates typically work as part of small teams and have close contact with senior client contacts as well as playing a key role in managing and mentoring junior analysts.

Specific Qualifications:

The Associate will be ambitious, self-directed, creative and resourceful. The candidate will be passionately interested in a career in investment banking, intellectually curious and eager to learn.

We are seeking an academically accomplished candidate with the ability to multitask. This position comes with challenging work and a demanding environment in a rapidly growing firm.

• 3-4 years of investment banking experience; Healthcare experience would be advantageous
• Superior analytical skills and demonstrated excellence in academic coursework
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and ability to articulate ideas
• Strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail
• Calm under pressure with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
