Job description

Overview

The Associate Head of School will support the Head of School in the strategic development of the School of Psychiatry, support the School’s operational programme, lead on programmes of work within the School strategy, and be a member of the School Board.

• Drive whole workforce transformation and develop multi-professional links.
• Innovate curriculum delivery and workforce well-being strategies.
• Attendance at ARCP Panels.
• Provide expert advice on speciality-specific matters to the Scheme.
• Support the Head of School in the management and appraisal of Training Programme Directors to ensure appropriate systems for Assessment, Rotational Management, Trainee Supervision & Support and other functions within the School.
