The role involves leading fire engineering projects, mentoring junior engineers, and engaging with clients. Candidates should have a degree in Fire Engineering and at least 4 years of relevant experience. This position offers a salary between £75,000 and £90,000, along with benefits including 33 days of annual leave, a pension scheme, and private healthcare.
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Senior Fire Engineer or equivalent.
Membership of the Institution of Fire Engineers (AIFireE or MIFireE) is required.
Strong understanding of UK fire safety standards (ADB, BS 9999, BS 9991).
Responsibilities
Lead fire engineering projects from inception through to completion.
Produce fee proposals, fire strategy reports, and technical documentation.
Attend client meetings and undertake site inspections.
