A leading consulting firm is seeking an Associate Facilitator to deliver management and leadership development programmes. This home-based role requires experience in EDI training and team coaching, with 2-5 days of work per month, including travel across the UK to various client locations.
We are seeking an Associate Facilitator who can deliver pre-designed development programmes for Employee groups, Managers and Leaders. This will be to deliver to several of our clients in the UK as well as around the world. We are seeking someone who can be self-managing and brings experience from working in-house, independently, and/or in consultancies. We will appoint someone who is credible, confident, and able to draw from academic theory and models as well as their first-hand experience of working in organisations. Our learning programmes, on both broad business themes as well as inclusive leadership, unconscious bias, appreciating difference, and emotional intelligence, are pre-designed and agreed upon with our clients. This role would deliver programmes and initial evaluation of their impact.

This role will be home-based, with regular travel around the UK. The person will report to the Head of Content for each assignment. We anticipate that we will engage you between 2-5 days per month.
