Qualifications

• Significant post-qualification consultancy or client-side experience.
• Experience with public sector projects including NHS trusts and universities.
• Understanding of procurement frameworks and public sector compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of cost consultancy and quantity surveying services.
• Oversee all pre- and post-contract QS duties including cost planning and contract administration.
• Mentor and develop QS team members, driving quality and governance standards.
