A global health consultancy is seeking an experienced Health Economist at the Associate Director level to lead health economic projects and guide a team of health economists. The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate qualification in health economics and several years of experience in HEOR consultancy. We are seeking an experienced Health Economist with a background in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR)/Health Technology Assessment (HTA) to join our HEOR Research team at the Associate Director level.

This role can be tailored to an individual candidate’s strengths and aspirations, but will include a mix of roles and responsibilities, including collaboration internally and externally with experts in specific fields, economic modelling, writing (planning, reporting, manuscripts and submission documents), quality control, mentoring, training, line management, and additional responsibilities relating to operations, people, science and innovation or quality priorities for the HEOR Research team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the growth and evolution of the team and continuous improvement of HEOR capabilities within the business.
This opportunity offers flexible work setting options to suit individual needs. This can be fully remote with options to work in any of our offices as needed, if preferred.
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic health economist that enjoys investigating new methods, supporting and coaching other health economists and broader HEOR researchers, and has the vision and flexibility approach required to contribute to the growth and evolution of the business.
