Job summary

VaynerX is seeking an Associate Director, Recruitment to lead full lifecycle hiring across multiple disciplines and locations. You will design sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, and drive processes that deliver diverse, high-quality talent.

You will collaborate with the Talent team to refine hiring programs, build talent pipelines, and ensure an engaging candidate experience from first touch to offer.

Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years experience in full cycle recruiting across multiple disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience designing and transforming processes and programs that align with company values.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse (ATS) and other workforce systems.
• Passionate about building and supporting diverse & inclusive teams and cultures.
• Experience collaborating successfully with hiring managers to create job descriptions, interview process, and interview assessment.
• An empathetic approach to building relationships based in trust and transparency with candidates and hiring managers.

Associate Director, Recruitment

Manages and owns full life cycle recruiting: preparation, sourcing, screening, selecting, scheduling, and hiring

Balance and prioritize multiple roles at once while ensuring an active, diverse, and healthy candidate pool across positions

Manage hiring efforts for positions across various VaynerX locations

Work closely with Hiring Managers to navigate seamlessly through the hiring process and ensure a thorough understanding of the technical requirements of each role

Partner with hiring teams to set expectations and develop consistent interview processes that lead to quality hires

Collaborate across VaynerX's Talent team to support process improvements and share knowledge

Create innovative programs, events, and campaigns to generate awareness and build candidate pipelines that align with recruitment goals

Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities by formulating plans to fill new roles quickly and assemble powerful sourcing strategies for each search

Develop and employ effective sourcing strategies that deliver strong and diverse talent for current and future needs

Manage candidate experience; guiding candidates through the recruiting life-cycle by being highly responsive with candidate communications.

Build talent pipelines and ensure that every candidate experience is thoughtful, kind, and a clear representation of what it's like to work at VaynerX

Play a crucial role in shaping VaynerX's future by making recommendations on employment brand strategy.**

Required Skills/Experience:

5 - 7 years experience in full cycle recruiting across multiple disciplines.
